This Kyocera FK-2PC BK Revolution has a little ‘getting used to at first. They just have a different “feel” my high-end steel knives. At first I thought I could cut, but you get used quickly. It ’s almost scary how easy it glides through food. You can make a tomato so thin you can almost see through them! They are almost all I use – and I will again use my ceramic knives before going to the rack for a steel jacket. My only problem is my wife and arguing about what I get whencook together.
